At the start of your billing cycle each month, you'll receive an invoice in your account. An email with your invoice information will also be sent to the billing contact of your account.
You will also be able to find all invoices on your Green Story account.
- Click on the “settings” tab in the left navigation menu.
- Next, click on the “Billing” tab in the secondary left navigation menu
- At the top, click on the “Billing History” tab
- Here you will see all your invoices listed in the table with the most recent transaction at the top
- You can filter these invoices by the desired time period.
- To view your invoice, click on the Icons under “download invoice”. This will download the invoice in the form of a PDF.
Note: You can view and pay all unpaid invoices by clicking on the "pay unpaid invoice" button found on the top right side of the table.
