Reports

Within the analytics and reports module, you have access to a range of insightful reports, categorized into product, footprint, supplier, and additional summaries. These reports provide comprehensive data to facilitate informed decision-making. 

 



Product reports include:  

  • Product by style summary
  • Product by supplier summary
  • Product by material composition summary
  • Product by supply chain summary 

 

Footprint reports include: 

  • Footprint by reporting standard  

 

Supplier reports include: 

  • Supplier summary  
  • Facility summary  

 

Actions that can be done from the reports screen:  

  1. 1. Filters: Reports can be filtered using the filter button on top to view specific category of reports 


  1. 2. Favourites: You can also select the star icon to mark specific reports as your favorites which will appear in the favourite section. 

 



Note: You can also choose the report you want to view using the 'choose report' dropdown option on the top right corner of the screen available inside any report. 



Available Reports:


Product


  • Product by style summary report

This report offers a comprehensive overview of products grouped by style, including associated categories and subcategories and number of products and SKUs associated with each style. Users can filter to display only products with calculated footprints

Clicking on the number of products and SKUs reveals detailed information such as product name, code, suppliers, category, subcategory, and department. 


  • Product supplier summary report:  


This report provides a detailed view of product names along with the number of associated suppliers, product code, category, subcategory, and department. Clicking on the supplier count opens a tiered list of suppliers with their respective locations. 


 

 

  • Product material composition summary report:  


Users can access a report detailing material compositions, including associated raw materials, product code, name, category, subcategory, SKU, and department. 


  • Product supply chain summary report:  


This report presents supply chain names along with associated product counts, primary suppliers, global supplier mix, customization status, and supply chain ID which can be copied. Filtering options allow users to focus on products with customized supply chains. 

Footprint

  • Footprint by reporting standard report: 

 

This report, with the default open view of the green story reporting standard, displays product codes, names, SKUs, and footprints across impact categories—blue water consumption, primary energy demand, and climate change.  



You can select different reporting standards such as PEF, EPD, ISO 14067 from the dropdown. The impact categories vary depending on the reporting standard chosen.  


Supplier

 

  • Supplier summary report:  


This report includes supplier names and codes, locations, the number of associated facilities and subcontractors, and verification status.  


  • Facility summary report:  

 

This report provides information on facility names and codes, supplier details, locations, subcontractor status, and verification status. Users can enhance the report by adding additional columns, such as facility type. 



Customisation options:  


  • Product by style summary report:  Clicking on "columns" within the number of products or SKUs allows you to select the style column to display associated styles for each product. 
  • Footprint by reporting standard report: Clicking on "columns" allows you to select additional columns such as category name, subcategory name, material composition and department
  • Supplier summary report: Clicking on "columns" allows you to select additional columns such as contact person details and preferred supplier indicators.
