In the customer summary module, you can add in all of your customers information. These are the customers of your store.
The customer summary list screen consists of the below fields:
- Customer name
- Customer type: Retail or wholesale customer
- Channel: The name of the store
- Customer ID
- Location: Location of the customer
- Transaction: Number of transactions made by the customer
- Email: Email ID of the customer
Adding a new customer requires the following information:
Basic information: Customer name, email, address, phone number, company name
Note: Either the customer or company name is mandatory. One of the two must be filled.
Additional information:
- Customer type: Either wholesale or retail
- Channel type: If this customer is added for an ecommerce or physical store
- Channel: The name of the channel this customer is added for.
