Customer Summary

In the customer summary module, you can add in all of your customers information. These are the customers of your store.

 The customer summary list screen consists of the below fields:

• Customer name
• Customer type: Retail or wholesale customer
• Channel: The name of the store
• Customer ID
• Location: Location of the customer
• Transaction: Number of transactions made by the customer
• Email: Email ID of the customer

Adding a new customer requires the following information:

Basic information: Customer name, email, address, phone number, company name

Note: Either the customer or company name is mandatory. One of the two must be filled.

Additional information: 

• Customer type: Either wholesale or retail
• Channel type: If this customer is added for an ecommerce or physical store
• Channel: The name of the channel this customer is added for.
